If you do not IMMEDIATELY get what you want, escalate over the person&#39;s head until you get what you want. You want the site shut down, period. It&#39;s probably against their TOS for him to steal content anyway, and a hosting company would rather shut down now and ask questions later than listen to you scream. So go ahead and scream and don&#39;t take no for an answer!<br /><br />Also, lead off every article with copyright and a sentence that says something like, &quot;if you are reading this anyplace other than XXX.com (or a legitimate subscription to XXX.com), that means you are reading STOLEN CONTENT&quot;.
